INITIAL CONSULTATION (Up to 60 minutes)

 In preparation for your Initial Consultation we recommend that you -

  • Don't clean up (so we can observe how your home functions)
  • Have a set of architectural or Real Estate plans handy
  • Gather inspirational images/photos to share your vision
  • List your pain points (what bothers you) in order of priority
  • Determine your budget and ideal timeframe

When we arrive onsite we recommend you take us on an informal tour of your home, so we can observe how it functions and flows.  Be sure to point out your favourite features, as well as all the things that bother you, so we have clarity around what you would like to keep vs what you would like to change.  In turn, we will ask you lots of questions and take plenty of photographs and measurements to ensure we have all the information we need.

Note: Payment in full is required upon booking your Initial Consultation, to secure your appointment. 

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT QUOTE

Following your Initial Consultation we will provide you with a written quote for any 'Project Development' work that may be relevant.  A Project Development quote may include conceptual drawings, sourcing of colours, materials and finishes or the preparation of design schemes.

Note: Payment in full is required upon acceptance of all Project Development quotes.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS

When we are ready to present our ideas, concepts and selections we will contact you to arrange a follow-up consultation.  We actively encourage your feedback at this stage, so please don't be afraid to speak up if you don't feel comfortable with the direction we are going in.

Note: All follow-up Consultations will be charged at your Designer's hourly rate.  

PRODUCT QUOTE

Once final decisions have been made for any custom made cabinetry, furniture, window treatments, rugs, soft furnishings and/or accessories, we will provide you with a written quotation which includes delivery and/or installation as appropriate.

Note: Full payment is required upon acceptance of quotes for all "stock" products.  A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of quotes for "custom" products with the balance payable prior to delivery and/or installation.
